Application for NYU Upward Bound High school Students to receive a scholarship to pursue STEM-related College Major or pursue careers in Technical school. Three winners will be selected from the applicants. The money will be paid to each of the winners in two installments one when they win and the other one after they show proof of enrollment.

Deadline to start College or Technical school on Fall 2022: December 31, 2021

Requirements: be a high school senior participating in the NYU Upward Bound/1199 Program

Application link can be found:here

The scholarship I have opened with my older sister in collaboration with the College Prep Academy/1199 Workforce program was mentioned:here

My Hobbies (if videos don't play when you hit play, click on the Pop-out button in the upper right corner of the video)

Me taking horse riding lessons

Me playing Guitar (Let her go by Passenger) with slightly different finger picking and strumming pattern

Me practicing Ice skating (it took me a long time to get to this point so if you are just starting I recommend wear a helmet and start with small steps)

Me practicing playing Pirates of the Caribbean theme song in the violin

Exploring hidden relationships between nature, natural Phenomenon (Physics), and Mathematics

This natural phenomenon, its called ripping caustics. You notice how the sun light arrays pass through the water waves there is light patches in some areas but other areas appear less bright. This is how you see physics come into play in nature's patters. If you want to read more about the physics of this you can read the following: here

Some of this ideas date back to Leanardo de Vinci. In this publication you can see an abstract mathemematical representation of how this natural phenomenon occurs by using a cosine waves (trigonometry) as a abstract representation of water waves and lines (algebra) as the sun arrays

This natural phenomenon is called sun glitter, read more about it: here
