Application for NYU Upward Bound High school Students to receive a scholarship to pursue STEM-related College Major or pursue careers in Technical school. Three winners will be selected from the applicants. The money will be paid to each of the winners in two installments one when they win and the other one after they show proof of enrollment.

This natural phenomenon, its called ripping caustics. You notice how the sun light arrays pass through the water waves there is light patches in some areas but other areas appear less bright.
